2)  If this order is part of a Show or a Book (Catalog)Party, please give the name of the Hostess and the date of her show to ensure she receives proper credit.

4)  Total it all up 

Subtotal your order
Deduct any Credits (Gift Certificates, Booking Incentives, etc)
* There is no tax !! *

Add Shipping & Handling:
**  For show orders please add $3.95 (these will be delivered to your Hostess)
**  For individual orders that will need to be shipped to you, please add $6.95
        (if you are local & can pick up your order from my home only add the $3.95)

4)  Finally, decide your method of payment.

I accept VISA, MC, American Express and Discover. 
If you are paying by credit card I will immediately send you a secure on line invoice via Pro Pay.  This is a secure site where you can safely submit all of your credit card information & you will receive a confirmation number once the transaction is completed.  Processing takes approx 5 days.

  Once your payment has been received, I will submit. your order.  Depending on availability, I should receive your order in about a week.  Once I have your order I will either deliver it to your Hostess, or you can pick it up at my home, or we can meet someplace, or if you are local I can deliver it to you or or if all else fails, I can mail it to you.
