Party Success Checklist   

Thank you for choosing to host Wicks N’ Dicks Home Toy Party!  I’m sure you will find your show to be both a fun and rewarding experience!

Here are a few suggestions to maximize your party sales and ensure the most successful party possible.

When You Schedule Your Party :

___  INVITE EVERYONE!!  Create a list of guests friends, neighbors, co-workers, family, etc. who   

      might be interested in attending and then invite them via e-mail, telephone, or word of mouth!

      *Hint, invite TWICE as many guests (try for a minimum of 20).  Statistics show that only 50%    

           of those invited will actually attend your party.  Check out these exciting invitations!!!

___  Emphasize that your party will be fun, unique and informative. 

___  Show catalogs to everyone!  Collect as many outside orders and payments as possible prior to

      your party date. 

One Week Before Your Party :

___  Follow-up with everyone you invited.  Confirm the date and their attendance.

___  If someone cannot attend, offer her the opportunity to place an order or to do a book a party.

The Day Before the Party :

___  Get excited and send out reminders to your guests!  Encourage them to bring a friend!

The Day of the Party :  

___  Provide a designated space where I can set up my display and where all of your guests can

      see and hear the presentation.

___  Some guests will prefer to order in private so you may want to provide an area for placing        

      orders after the show.  This can be an office, bedroom or any other area where I can sit and 

           speak with your guests confidentially.
